If you are making prototypes, you’re probably aware that SLS 3D or FDM 3D printing is quite possibly the best way to make and test your designs. Unfortunately, having an in house SLS  & FDM Printer Farm is an expensive luxury that most businesses can’t afford… This is where we can help.

Why Maxeshop? We specialise in SLS and FDM printing technology only for our prints to ensure the highest possible standard of finished product. The huge investment we have made is our machines means that you get high quality, accurate and incredibly strong prototypes time and time again. With years of experience behind us, having printed thousands of models, you are guaranteed fantastic service.

We know people who can! Although we are focused on production, in the case where you need something a little special or a service that we do not offer, please ask us. Over the years we have gathered a collection of contacts who have a proven track record for SLS and FDM design and finishing (they are different). Email or call us to discuss your project and we will do all we can to help you get what you need!

Confidentiality? In the business of prototypes, we understand that confidentiality can be very important. Rest assured that from the point of first contact we’ve got you covered as part of our standard T&C.

Regardless, if you have your own NDA that you would like us to sign, no problem! Send it over to us and we’ll be happy to do so.

We have a minimum order of only $50 + gst + delivery

If your part falls under our minimum you are welcome to up your quantity or add an additional model to your order.

What We Can Offer:

Design and Drafting

CAD for prototypes – In order for us to concentrate on the quality of our production service we have partners that can capably to handle all of our general CAD and prototype CAD projects. Our partners are product and industrial designers with specialist knowledge of our 3D printing service. Having taken products to market after prototyping using our SLS and FDM prints, our partners are highly likely to get your job right without many costly amendments.

CAD for production Runs – If you require CAD for a large production with a total project cost of $4K+ we will arrange the CAD for you at a greatly reduced charge.

3D Printing

With our industry leading SLS & FDM  machines, you know you’ll be getting some of the best quality parts money can buy. In prototyping and low volume batch production SLS and FDM are regarded as a far superior technology to Polyjet and SLA due to it’s high accuracy, robust material and comparatively low cost.

Rather than being a jack of all trades, we specialise in full material printing, that is we dont use materials that require additional additives for curing. Having printed thousands of models with it, our knowledge of how the materials work and behaves is second to none.

Reverse Engineering

Maxxeshop’s 3D scanners are indispensable tools, used throughout all of a product’s lifecycle (PL) stages. Ranging from creating prototypes to reverse engineering, or making a 3D model for quality control analysis of data, 3D scanning is vital to achieving the fastest workflow.

The use of 3D scanning for reverse engineering is becoming more popular than ever before, due to the precise results achievable and the ease of use. Maxxeshop’s 3D solutions provide both impressive accuracy as well as the ability to capture an object in rapid speed, while the smart post-processing software, Maxxeshop is able to process large amounts of data automatically in order to create the 3D model ready for printing.
